What this site is

St. Paul Foundation Pros provides information about foundation and basement problems and takes inspection requests from homeowners in St. Paul and the East Metro. Inspections, quotes, repairs and warranties are provided by the independent, licensed contractor who performs the work. Any agreement for repair work is between you and that contractor.

Guides, crack-width tiers, cost ranges and the cost calculator are general information based on published sources, not a diagnosis of your home or a quote. Conditions vary house to house. An on-site inspection is the only way to know what your foundation needs and what it will cost.
